User portal

The user portal lives at my.trusted.codes. It is the browser side of Trusted Codes, and it is where you look after the account itself.

The mobile app is where the work happens: you verify people, hold connections and read codewords there. The portal does the things a small screen does badly — reading a table, typing an address, comparing what your account allows, downloading a file.

You sign in to it with the same account you use in the app. There is no separate portal account and no separate password.

What It Holds

Your account. Your name, your picture, your language, the addresses people can find you at, and how each kind of message reaches you. See Your Account.

Your entitlements. What your account allows, and how much of each allowance you have used. See Usage and Limits and Plans and Prices.

Your data. A full copy of everything Trusted Codes holds about you, on request. See Export Your Data.

The way into an organisation. If you belong to one, the portal also carries its console. See Personal and Organisation.

Opening It From the App

Some screens in the mobile app open the portal for you. Those links land on a plain version of the page with no sidebar and no search box. You are already signed in when it opens, and the tabs at the top take you back and forth between the three pages the app links to.
