Device Management

All phones, tablets, and computers where your account is active.

Each shows:

  • Device type, as an icon (mobile, web, desktop)
  • Platform and version (iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Last active time
  • Registration date
  • Status, as a coloured dot (active, pending, revoked)

The header shows the total device count.

This screen is part of some plans. If Settings has no Devices & sessions row, your account or your administrator decides whether it is available.

Tap Remove next to the device and confirm. Access is revoked at once and that device’s sessions end — it can no longer see your codes.

To use that device again, sign in on it as you would on a new device.

Act quickly:

  1. Remove the device from this screen
  2. Consider regenerating your recovery code (Settings → Security & recovery → Recovery Code) if the thief could reach it
  3. Review your connections for suspicious activity

With the app lock on, the thief cannot reach your codes without your face, fingerprint or device passcode, and cannot reach your data without your recovery code.
