Limits depend on your account. Open Settings → Entitlements to see what applies to you and how much of it you have used.

Go to Settings → Security & recoveryEmail Addresses. There you can add an address, verify it, choose which one other people can find you by, and remove one you no longer use. The address you sign in with stays the same.

Yes, each needs a different email.

Sign in on the new device with your email, Google, or Apple. You will need your recovery code to unlock your data. Connections and settings arrive from the server; the code words themselves are re-shared by your other device, so keep the old one online until the new one shows them.

No. Deletion is permanent. Export data first.
