Settings
The Top of the Screen
Section titled “The Top of the Screen”Your avatar, display name and email. Tap the avatar to change your photo, and the name row to change your name.
Beside it: your trust score, your number of connections, and your number of verifications. Trust score and verifications open the detail behind them.
Account
Section titled “Account”Display name — what other people see.
Notifications — your inbox. The unread count is shown on the row.
Accounts — the accounts signed in on this device, and where you add another.
Entitlements — what your plan allows and how much of it is used, in two segments: Usage and Capabilities. This is the honest answer to “why can I not see that button”.
Portal — opens your account portal in a browser, where it is part of your plan.
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”Notifications (under Preferences) — which topics reach you by which channel. The row under Account with the same name is your inbox; this one decides what gets sent.
Language — the language your code words are drawn from.
Design — the visual variant of the app, where your account includes a choice.
Tags — create, rename and delete your private labels. The row shows how many you have.
Codes & Connections
Section titled “Codes & Connections”Connection Presets — saved settings applied to new connections.
Guest Code Presets — the same for guest codes.
Auto-accept — accept invitations from people who meet conditions you set, instead of answering each one.
Show in address book (Android) — offer a Trusted Codes row inside your phone’s contacts.
Presets are part of some plans. In an organisation, your administrator decides.
Security
Section titled “Security”Security & recovery — a hub, not a single setting. Inside it: Email Addresses, Recovery Code, Face ID & app lock, Codeword Change, the signing switch and its pause options, and the Danger Zone that holds Delete Account.

Device Settings — a summary of what the app may use on this device: notifications, camera, microphone, biometrics. It reports the state; the switches themselves are in your phone’s own settings.
Workspace
Section titled “Workspace”This block is named after the account or organisation you are working in, and it appears when that context has anything in it.
Devices & sessions — every device signed in, and every registered device. Sign one out or remove it.
API tokens — for external applications and agents, where your plan includes the integration API.
Verification log & export — who verified what, and when.
Export Data — opens your account portal in a browser and prepares a complete copy of what we hold about you.
Full Refresh — the last sync time and a full reload.
The rows here follow your plan. In an organisation, your administrator decides which of them you see.
Support and Signing Out
Section titled “Support and Signing Out”Help & tutorials — this help centre.

About — version and legal links.
At the bottom, Sign out ends the session on this device only; your account is untouched. Deleting the account is deliberately not here — it is in Settings → Security & recovery → Danger Zone.
