I Want To...

Someone calls or writes claiming to be a colleague, and you want to be sure.

  1. Open the People tab
  2. Find the connection and open it
  3. Tap the person in the member list
  4. Ask them to read their three words
  5. Tap It matches or It doesn’t

You can also open the Verify portal on the Home screen and type or speak a word you were given. The app tells you who it belongs to.

If nothing matches, the person is not who they claim to be.

  1. Open the People tab and tap +
  2. Choose A Connection
  3. Enter a name for the connection and one or more email addresses
  4. Tap Create Connection

They receive an invitation. Once they accept, both of you see the connection’s code words.

A guest code verifies someone who does not use the app.

  1. Open the Codes tab, Guest codes segment
  2. Tap +
  3. Give it a name, for example “Delivery Tuesday”
  4. Share it as text, email or QR code

They read the words back to you. Guest codes are part of some plans; if the segment is not shown, your account or your administrator decides whether it is available.
